Caterpillar C-12 Pre-Acert Manifold

Full Tilt Performance Manifolds have been designed to improve on all aspects over the manufacturer's manifold. All of our manifolds are cast out of a proprietary high quality blended steels, one of the hardest and most heat tolerant metals available today. Thicker exhaust flanges and center dividers provide greater strength and durability for even the hardest working trucks. The joints have been designed with tighter tolerances, 50% more surface contact, and are press fit to ensure that they never leak. With thousands of hours or work by our engineering team, we have eliminated the sharp turns and twists to create smooth airflow to the turbo. From there we top it off by smoothing out the interior even more by hand. Then we apply our high temperature resistant CeramiChrome coating to not just make them eye appealing but to add another heat barrier that keeps the exhaust gas energy moving to your turbo to improve turbo response. No Manifold goes out the door without being flow tested to insure that they flow at least 20 Cubic Feet of air per Minute (CFM) more per port. We do all of this to give you more 28-32 more horsepower, .2-.3 more Miles per gallon and the peace of mind that you have the most proven, highest flowing, and most reliable manifold on the market. Plus the best part is all of this is done here in the USA. Each manifold is proudly cast saying "Made in the USA".

• Any product priced at $500 or more must be signed for due to carrier policies. If a customer wishes to waive this option, they must contact us by email or phone or have the package sent to an address where it can be received and signed for.
  
• Most products ordered will ship directly from Pittsburgh Power within 1-2 business days of order placement (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders made before 2 PM may ship the same day.  In certain cases, however, back-ordered and/or direct-ship items may take longer. 
  
• If we have the product you ordered in stock, you will likely receive your shipment within 3-6 business days, depending on your shipping address. 
  
• Non-stock, special-order, and out-of-stock items may require a 1-2 week wait. 
  
• To get a better idea of our inventory or to know the estimated arrival date of your shipment, please contact us by phone or email. 
  
• Parts must be delivered to a physical address. Pittsburgh Power does not ship products to P.O., APO, or FPO (military address), or boxes. 
  

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and International Fees

If you are receiving an international shipment from Pittsburgh Power, please be aware that it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, these must be paid by you as the recipient of the shipment. Pittsburgh Power has no control over these duties, taxes and fees and we are not in a position to estimate what these might be for your country. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out the fees due and pay them in order to receive your shipment. In case of any delays due to customs clearance procedures, please note that Pittsburgh Power has no control over these timelines and will not be held responsible if they result in delays beyond our committed estimated delivery time. 

If you are shipping international via FedEx, Import Taxes and Duties should be included in the shipping cost. So please select FedEx if possible. 

Tax 

Items sold by Pittsburgh Power and shipped out of state are subject to the local taxes of the receiving address . Items shipped and sold within Pennsylvania are subject to PA tax. We do not accept IUC or PUC numbers for online orders.
