I just installed this on my 1994 cat 3406E. The return line fitting to the oil pan didn’t fit. it needed a 1” npt fitting to 1/2” npt. But I was able to get the correct fittings and have put 2k miles on the system and the oil on the dipstick still looks new. Will update as I use it.

Love the product. Instal kit is seriously lacking.

Bought the Industrial Series 290 GPH unit for my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia DD15. The install kit that came with the unit for a DD15 was missing several key pieces, and came with several pounds of unneeded brass fittings. The install instructions say to use the fittings that are on the factory fuel filter housing. Problem is the factory unit has O-Ring fittings and the FASS uses pipe thread fittings. I had to buy a 90 deg fitting for the intake side. The return line they provided was 2 to 3 feet too short. They did provide plenty of line for the feed side. They also sent around 10 fittings that have nothing to do with a DD15 install. Maybe they had alot of extra they wanted to get rid of?

Had this system before.

Love this system headed on my other truck that’s why I put it on this one, only thing I wish I had available is a base filter. I build up to much acid with the DD 15.

I've used OPS for years.

I've had an OPS on all three trucks I've owned. It's a great product. One thing that's changed is they no longer give you an oil sample for each filter. Disappointing, since I will changed the oil, and pull a sample, when I install the OPS.
