HOW IS IT DONE?

Restriction Testing

First stop in the process involves measuring the restriction of the filter being cleaned. This flow tester will put your filter under a vacuum and give us an idea of how bad the blockage is.

Air-Knife

The Air-Knife uses high pressured air to blow through the ash and provide the initial cleaning for your filter. 

Rinse Tank

The rinse tank uses water and high pressure air to further loosen any stubborn ash deposits.

Ultrasonic Tank

DPF Alternatives claim to fame is the Ultrasonic technology used in their cleaning process.  If there is still ash in your filters at this point, this machine will take care of it.
The Ultrasonic cleaning process will bring any functioning filter back to as much as 99% of its useful life; well beyond the industry standard of only 35%.

Kiln

The Kiln will bake the filter by slowly raising the lowering the temperature. This allows the filter to dry completely and eliminate the possibility of substrate damage.
