The ops is a great system and the oil sample analysis is very informative.

Received sample kit from you ok. Prepared a baseline sample, attempted to go online to report sample kit electronically, was unsuccessful. The system kept telling me the sample barcode submitted did not match the actual barcode on my sample. After 2 phone calls to OPS help center, was still unable to correct this issue. I sent sample in with provided paper. Have not received sample report via email. However, it may not have been enough time yet.

Received the oil sample kits like they where scheduled can't wait to start doing the samples

I just installed this on my 1994 cat 3406E. The return line fitting to the oil pan didn’t fit. it needed a 1” npt fitting to 1/2” npt. But I was able to get the correct fittings and have put 2k miles on the system and the oil on the dipstick still looks new. Will update as I use it.

Bought the Industrial Series 290 GPH unit for my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia DD15. The install kit that came with the unit for a DD15 was missing several key pieces, and came with several pounds of unneeded brass fittings. The install instructions say to use the fittings that are on the factory fuel filter housing. Problem is the factory unit has O-Ring fittings and the FASS uses pipe thread fittings. I had to buy a 90 deg fitting for the intake side. The return line they provided was 2 to 3 feet too short. They did provide plenty of line for the feed side. They also sent around 10 fittings that have nothing to do with a DD15 install. Maybe they had alot of extra they wanted to get rid of?

Love this system headed on my other truck that’s why I put it on this one, only thing I wish I had available is a base filter. I build up to much acid with the DD 15.

I've had an OPS on all three trucks I've owned. It's a great product. One thing that's changed is they no longer give you an oil sample for each filter. Disappointing, since I will changed the oil, and pull a sample, when I install the OPS.

havent really noticed a difference in the flash point yet but still on first gallon. i really believe in the catalyst though

Iam only using 1oz per 15 gallons and it is working great seems to be a 1/2 higher on most hills

Not recommended. Doesn’t collect oils as advertised.

Started using it on a used Cummins X15 (261,321 miles) in June of 2023. Within 45 days it felt like a different engine, most noticeable improvement was the feeling of more power and an engine that no longer felt like it was struggling to breathe and exhale! I have put on slightly over 102,000 miles and I won’t leave home without my Max Mileage! And as bonus the Customer Service at Pittsburgh Power is second to none!

860,000+ miles on original after treatment. Had it cleaned first time, Peterbilt said it was yellow status and seemed to think it was barely that.

I rarely idle my truck for more than a decent warm up. So, it’s possibly a big cause.

But, my truck does a daily regen if I don’t run Pittsburgh Power, sometimes twice daily. It only regens every three or so days with it. So, I got to stick with it.

Not really sure because I had new filters put in I’m still processing haven’t seen much difference in my truck
